Hi, I’m Steph Hoff. I lead culturally powerful executions across editorial, events, packaging, retail, metaverse and omnichannel environments.

I motivate with inspiration, mentorship and collaboration, and build process at scale. My expertise is in developing brands, content and campaigns with design, data-science and technology.

In the early 2000’s, I was drawn to the internet, where I explored the roadwork for social media, digital content and community forums to come. Soon, big business came looking for me—a digital native, with creativity and curiosity to connect with a whole new generation through the world wide web.

I became a commercial creative director, overseeing marketing and communications for luxury fashion and technology brands. I came up with stuff like influencer programs, experiential microsites, virtual reality retail, geofencing ads and meta environments—well before it became marketing speak. The industry demanded big, disruptive ideas, and I supplied them. I satisfied my curiosity with new technology, and innovation took me to employment based in New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Vancouver and currently, Toronto.

Her innate sense of style and a savvy awareness of street culture gives her a unique lens that she uses to filter and focus corporate initiatives into provocative campaigns.
